I made my boyfriend and our roommate dinner while they were out working doing hard labor all day. I wanted them to come home to a warm meal already made so they wouldn't have to cook. I worked hard on the food, a Thai dish of sorts, and it turned out really well. When they came home, our roommate ate it and complimented my cooking, but my boyfriend began to make a veggie burger for himself without trying what I had made. He said he had been wanting a veggie burger all day, and I get what it's like to crave something all day and want it for dinner. But I was also offended because I think it's rude to refuse a meal that has been prepared especially for you. Am I wrong to be offended, or do you think what he did is rude?
