This lady on craigslist was selling her 2005 Jeep Liberty and I wanted to get the car inspected before purchasing. I asked that the car be seen by my mechanic that I trust, and he doesn't charge me a dime for inspections. But this woman lives about 45 minutes from my mechanic and she was not willing at all to make the drive over. So I scheduled to have the car seen by a mechanic in her area. The inspection was priced at $100. I am a broke college student and paying $100 for an inspection on a car seemed pretty hefty, but also fair because it could prevent me from paying hundreds more dollars towards unknown repairs after buying the car. On the other hand, I thought that because I drove all the way down to her town and she should've already had an inspection done on the car that it would be fair if she could take $25 off the total price. We also made a verbal agreement that she was not allowed to have the inspection report unless she paid me $25. In the end she took advantage of me and took the report without giving me the money we agreed on. I know that this may not seem like a lot of money, but for her to go against her word and verbally insult me after I called her out on it was uncalled for. This 40 year old woman also did this whole deal with her mother who got all up in my face and told me off for arguing about our agreement. Overall, I am disappointed in myself but is it possible for me to report her somehow? She also lied about all the issues on her car.

Okay so the coordinates of line NM are N(4,5) and M(-2,-3)

I know slope intercept is y=mx+b but I can't figure this out!!

Line L(-5,6) I found the slope of NM and im almost positive that is is 8/6 but im not even sure where to start! I know parallel lines have the same slope so y=8/6x+b
