I tried to download a system on to my Mac from website that was not as safe as I thought it was. I did so on Google Chrome and immediately something came up and said I had a virus. I downloaded Avast software since it s free and it detected malware viruses, which I then located and threw away in my trash can and deleted from my system. Avast now says I am virus free but Mackeeper says there are still viruses. Which should I believe?!

Okay this is an 100% serious question...I am addicted to ice cream. I know most people think that's not possible but I really cannot stop eating it. I know it's become detrimental to my health, my heart is suffering I feel because of the amount of fat intake. I'm 17 and my parents will buy ice cream even though I ask them to not buy it anymore. I'm not even gaining weight so I'm not concerned with that its just my heart is weak. How do I stop this addiction? I really love art. I love all types! I would love to be an art teacher! The thing is I only get B's on most of my art classes. I know that B's aren't that bad, but will I be good enough to survive art in college?

Okay so on the one side of my mouth it looks as though I have a cavity. The gums around that tooth are fine. The tooth behind it though looks as if there is NO cavity and the tooth itself doesn't hurt at all or is sensitive, but the gums around it on the outside hurt a lot. Do I have a cavity? What do you suspect is wrong?

I had pretty long hair, but last night (actually o was planning for awhile) to cut it almost shoulder length. So I cut it..... It's already a tad shorter then I wanted it. I also remembered I had layers so I attempted cutting the layers shorter. I ended up really just cutting the layers near my face.... Which are now a lot shorter then the rest of my hair ( it looks like I have a bob haircut with longer hair behind it....srry no pic) and I made my bangs a tad choppy to. Some of the choppyness is really short and that part stocks straight out when I straighten it. I just wanted to save my family some money..... Ugh but tomorrow I'm going to get it fixed. I want the overall length the same but the short layers in the front fixed. How should I tell her to do my hair??? Help?!! )':

Okay so my best friend and I always get along, we have everything in common, and we just are two peas in a pod I guess haha(: . But I've been noticing lately that she brags about EVERYTHING! She tells me all about guys who like her, all the compliments she receives, etc. It's driving me crazy!! She knows because I tell her time and time again I have a really low self-esteem and I've even MENTIONED once that she brags a lot. She said she's sorry and said she wouldn't do it.... But she still does!!! I love her sooo much as a friend, in fact she's the best friend I've ever had! But with my low self-esteem and her always bragging about how people call her pretty Idk what to do anymore )': . I actually read that it might be intimacy like issues and that she just does it to fill in blank spots in convos because ppl w/ intimacy issues HATE silence in convos.....anyone know if that's true? She gives me presents a lot ( which I appreciate) but could that be a sign of an intimacy issue??? If it's not that then what might be the cause and how can I solve it??

My best friend is awesome.We usually like only hanging out together like we don't have a group of other friends, therefore we are very close.She calls me a lot and often complains about how her parents freak out about nothing.Like her parents once grounded her for going out during a storm.I mean really?Also, there going on vaca and I said I could possibley pet sit while they were away.I NEVER told them it was a certain yes.Anyways, my mom told me I couldn't because I would have school then so I told my friend I couldn't over the phone and she told her mom (who must've been pretty close by) that I couldn't. I heard her mom FLIP OUT and she was saying how she couldn't trust me and blah blah blah.I wanted my friend to hang out the next day but her mom still said she couldn't trust me. A lot of the times I ask to hang out my best friend can't because of really lame excuses.Also, whenever we CAN hang (which is rare) her mom makes my parents do all if the driving and stuff. My best friend has seemed really down lately and I'm pretty sure she'll end up being really depressed if her parents keep her locked up in there house all summer and if her parents constantly flip sh*t on her for really stupid reasons. How can I keep her from being depressed by this if she can never hang. We can ony call and text really anymore )':

Adults always will like touch my arm when they talk to me or smile a huge smile at me. I find it a little weird/uncomfortable sometimes. Sometimes they'll just stare me down, or ask how im doing. Are they just being nice or something?Or do they think theres something wrong and want 2 cheer me up?

Okay i don't know if this is weird, but lately when people smile at me I don't smile back. I don't know why like i'll half smile and then i'll look away. Idk why. I mean i really do love it when a not creepy stranger smiles at me but sometimes i cant get myself to smile. Am i really rude?Would you be offended if you smiled at someone and they didnt smile back?

Okay so my cell phone fell in the tub and it was in there for like 5 seconds. I took it out immediately. I took the phone apart and got a hair dryer and put that on it and the battery for like 1-2 minutes. That was probably a stupid idea idk. Then i found some rice, and put the cell phone in one bag of rice and the battery in another.It's not white rice like they tell you to put it in because we dont have any at our house, will it still work? Someone please help, did I do the right thing?

I'm 14 and I have been forgetting things for years. When i was in 4th grade I always forgot to go to my violin class, nowadays I can't even remember what my homework is. I don't remember a lot of what happened only a few years back. Really, especially if someone will ask me for example how the year 2008 was for me, i'm not good with years and I can't really remember the events of that year. I even have a VERY hard time remembering what I had for dinner last night, it would take me a half an hour just to figure it out if I EVEN could figure it out. I'm constantly tired, even if I get the right amount of sleep but usually i don't get enough sleep. I can't concentrate on ANYTHING my grades are gradually falling and I don't get anything in my classes even though i was Recommended for them last year, so there the right level for me. I'm very irritable, it's not even funny I will get very mean if you are being "annoying" I'll be a down right jerk at the slightest annoyance. I don't find anything interesting anymore and can't stick to one thing. What is wrong with me?

I'm 14 (almost 15) and i can barely remember any of my childhood. I have very small bits of memory from my childhood, but a clear memory of it is rare. People say that it could be "repressed" memory like memories that you don't want to remember so you forget the memory, but usually it's from being abused. I don't remember ever being abused to an extreme. I don't know what wrong with me. I'm only 14 I should be able to remember A LOT of my childhood but i can't and it's killing me. What's wrong with me??
