Is this okay eating habits, for losing weight/ having overall health?
So I have always been overweight, obese at one point, but I am around 30+ down, between gaining weight back and losing it again, I'm finally down to 159, at 5'5. I have always had troubles with knowing when my body needs food, for example, I'd just eat whenever when I am not eating clean, I binge a LOT, if I'm not clean at eating, so it makes me feel extremely better when I do not snack at all throughout the day, because I use I'm hungry as a guide to know when my body properly needs food, so I don't go back to eating everything. Snacking makes me feel like I'm overeating because I often do overeat, so when I know I'm hungry, I know, my body needs this. This is how I'd eat on a daily basis
(I try to stay off gluten so no breads or anything but occasionally I eat it)
Breakfast: Either a banana and strawberry smoothie with almond milk or eggs with fruit.
Lunch: Salad with vinegar and feta cheese/ other veggies/ tuna/ fruit/yogurt or a combination of any of these.
Dinner: Meat, veggies and some other side, usually potatoes.
I always get more veggies then meat or potatoes.
I just want to know if this will slow my metabolism from letting me lose weight, or if its healthy enough because I always feel satisfied throughout the day, because I usually eat/drink a bigger breakfast to last me till lunch.
