I've got some leftover cheese; a bit of Gruyere, mature cheddar, hard goats cheese and parmesan. Not enough to do anything with individually except perhaps the parmesan. I would like to do something with it but not macaroni and cheese and can't think of anything.

Suggestions and/or recipes appreciated.

I flattened and crumbed some chicken tenderloins as part of tonights dinner. Very boring just flour, egg then dried breadcrumbs. Am wondering what other people do as this seems a little dull. Doesn't need to be whole recipes, just looking for some tasty, tried and tested ideas.

Like many parts of Australia we are experiencing some rather warm weather at the moment. My home is not air conditioned and don't like the idea of a meal that requires lots of cooking as it heats up the house.

Obviously barbecues are popular but what else do you prepare for dinner when the weather warms up?

I've got some friand pans and need some recipes to use up some of the egg yolks I am going to have left.

I've been given a huge slice of delicious aged goats cheese. As its aged its a hard cheese and doesn't have any ash or anything on the outside.

I've grated some into scrambled eggs (which was delicious!) and used some on a cheese platter but I still have some left and am unsure of what else to do with it. Any suggestions how you've used this cheese would be greatly appreciated.

I have just bought a slow cooker today and have found a plethora of recipes on the internet but at am a loss at where to start. Am looking for tried and tested crock pot/slow cooker recipes that you've tried and loved. Healthy recipes would be a plus!

I've got some prawns I need to use up. They're smalled, cooked, peeled ones. I was going to add them to some fried rice but accidently left them out. I usually buy green prawns so I've got no idea what to do with them. Any sensible suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
