He would still talk to me but then he will ignores me again, its been going on for a week now. What should I do?

So we've been dating for almost a year but has been going out for almost 2 years. This happens recently where he doesn't text me as much as he used to, I know what I'm talking about because I'm not clingy, I give him all the space in the world, and he even said that I was his first gf that totally understand him and his life. Basically before he was acting weird, we had an argument where I got mad at him for flirting with some other girl and it was pretty serious because it was the first time I asked for a break up and he agreed, he didn't fight for us. I was hurt because I really do love him. So we stopped contacting for only a wekk before he texted me and cried saying he missed me and I felt the same and I decided to give him another chance because I believe we can make it all work but after we've gotten back together. He stops making an effort to text me or even wish me a goodnight. He used to let me know if he's home from work but these days, he stopped doing it. No more sudden "I love you" text. My heart is breaking into pieces. Do you think he's losing interest or he's just hurt? Because he said I was questioning his loyalty and during the fight I accidentally told him about my guy friend who would do anything just to be with me, and he got upset about it. I know I was wrong but I was mad. Will you help me with this? I don't want to stress him out by asking him this because I'd do anything for him to be happy. Btw I'm 22 and he's 28 if that helps.
