I'm 24 and currently dieting cause I'm 198 lbs and 5-9 height I wanna get in the 165-167 range by mid April and or mid June at about 1.5 lbs loss per week my second week on diet and running 3.5 miles 4 days per week under 2 thousand calories a day and other exercise and work daily but am I doing right? And what do u do and any suggestions?

I'm thinking a light breakfast oatmeal sometimes Wheaties or just a quick health shake I like a carnation instant breakfast milk.

lunch a fruit and vegetable shake or v8 juice sometimes a light meal like sandwich or make an egg on wheat toast then dinner maybe wheat pasta with red sauce or a flour fortis with hot sauté vegetables or maybe homemade vegetable stew or steamed veggies with some some grilled chicken this is my idea
