Need to get my parents up for any ideas

Hi im 10 years old. I have a wig that is 30 inches long and has silver streaks in the front. I have llllllllooooooooooooootttttttttttttttsssssss of makeup and witch tights. I also have pink eyelashes and fake scars. I dont want to use the stuff we have and "make" a costume, but my mom wants me to. I dont no 1.:what i should do.2.:i dont no what to be.3.: i dont no if i should buy or make!. Any advice??? also if u think i should buy. what should i buy. and if i make what should i make??? thanks.

Hi, I'm 10 and i need a halowwen costume and it cant be online cause my mom wont let me porder it online. Anyway I think it would be cool if i could be Lady Gaga, but i DONT want to make it. im not really fat but not super skinny eather but im really talll so i need it to be a womens costume. Since I loive in edmonton I also need it to have at least knee lenght skirt or dress and it would be nice if it had sleeves. If not thats ok. Please tell my the Name, adrees and if they have a website than the website.Also it has to be in Edmonton and around the Northside. Thanks!
