Im looking at the "Used- Like new" one, not the refurbished.

I was diagnosed with ADD today, and I was put on a medicine called ritalin, the psychiatrist told me that it had no addiction side effects if I take it as prescribed, but if I overdosed or abused of the drug would be fatal or get me addicted to the drug. after researching the drug I found out that it has ruined teens life's with the withdraw of the drug, from stomachaches to dizziness and getting them extremely addicted to the drug if misdiagnosed, or even work as a gateway drug leading users to try other drugs far more dangerous to stimulate the effects of the drug. this got me extremely worried, I'm a immigrant from mexico and have no medicare nor an american residence to get any medical help, this is the reason the psychiatrist set me on a cheap drug to deal with ADD, but I'm extremely worried about the withdraw of the drug! is ritalin the best way to deal with ADHD in my case?

This lag started when I changed my internet company to a faster one, I went from a 7 Mb per sec Wifi to a 32 Mb per sec Wifi, it is much much faster and has a lot more wifi range, but my xbox live games started lagging like CRAZY! specially Mw3, I literally take one step forward And four steps back :(. hello... everybody, I’m in this depression hole which I can’t get out of, and have thought of suicide sometimes and have cut my self 4 times now, I’m not afraid to dead its the reverse... I would like to be dead, just to end all my problems, I don’t want to suicide even is the problems are on top of me, but still wish to be dead, why suffer so much if your just going to die at some point in you life? again I don’t want to committee suicide, heres why I’m in this depression.

I cannot hurt some one in any way, physical or mental, if I make some one cry I cry with them, if i hurt some one it would hurt me more than it hurt them, and my my parents want me to be a doctor, and doctors hurt people with there equipment to try and heal them which I can’t do, I want to be an astronomer, studying the stars and galaxies in space, with out hurting some one or something, but I don’t know if to betrayal my parents or be something I don’t want to do, and it confuses me and changes me to not know why I’m doing stuff at school for if I don’t have a goal, and it brings depression to me and now my grades are horrible because of not knowing what to do and depression making it really hard to focus in school,what do I do if to betrayal my parents or to follow what I like, and now that my grades are horrible it adds up to my depression making me fall in this deep hole of depression that I can’t get out of. I can’t tell my parents! what will they say... they have my hole life planned and ready to go, but I don’t want that life, and if I tell them it might disappoint them or even hurt there feelings, I have tried many techniques to deal with depression and they work but after a couple minutes I think of what am I doing, what will I do and, the hole goes deeper...... and deeper..... and deeper..... with no end, what can I do?.... I have minecraft for xbox 360 an had no problems playing online but today its not joining in any game with my friends! it just says connection to server was lost when its loading when trying to connect to the online game, I have tried turning off and on my xbox, logging off and on, unplugging my xbox for 5 minutes and plugging it back on, what can I do, does anybody have the answer for this and how to fix it !?!

Hey...well.... everybody im 14 and I need a lot of help, I self mutilate(emo) and I fell like my life is worthless, I have tried everything (not drugs!!! I don't want to go ther) to make me fell better ,but nothing has done it I just fell like my life is not even worth a penny!! I just want to get my life over with!! Why suffer so much?!? It all started because I was uncomfortable with my body, one comment (your ugly.) changed my life to the worst, I bet if you knew me YOU! would thought the same in your mind, PLEASE help I'm about to suicide :( I don't care if your in my place or had happen to you I, just need help I will suicide if u don't find an answere in Monday !!!
