I have asked a similar question before. However, I have tried many different things now. When I run I get horrendous pains in the sides of my legs after about 30 sec. I used to run cross country when I was in high school. I have recently lost 30 lbs and am in good shape. I can do anything else when It comes to exercise. I can walk for miles but can not run now. I also used to get shin splints but got a good insole and those have disappeared. I am getting plenty of potassium and have a food shoe. Any further advice?

I have been working out for about 4 months now. I have lost 30 pounds and my endurance is great. I'm a good solid muscles body dude now. However when I run I have to stop after about 40 seconds due to pain. I can breathe just fine but the sides of my legs burn like fire and I get shin splints easy. My quads and hamstrings are like rocks though. I have good muscular legs and everything. Someone recommended compression sleeves which I did and got a good arch support insole because it's suppose to help. Still the same problems!? Help? I love to run but I can't.

I have hit the dreaded plateau! I have lost almost 25 lbs. I'm 24 now and male. I weighed 239 lbs about 2 1/2 months ago an now I'm down to 215 but can't get past that. I look pretty good now but I still want to get rid of the gut. I dont use weight I use resistance bands for lean muscle and run/walk. I don't eat more than 1600 calories a day and rarely if ever cheat. I am a insulin dependent diabetic and am now on a insulin pump but use less insulin now than I did when taking injections so that shouldnt effect it either.

If i am getting my refund on my hr block emerald card and have a dd date of feb. 7th. what time could i expect my refund? After midnight or sometime tomorrow during hr block business hours?

I got a deposit date of February 6th, which is tomorrow. However, when i checked WMR tonight it says your return has been accepted and processing but it doesn't look like the same thing as it did when they first accepted my return on January 21st. Is this just because my money is being deposited tomorrow and it will update tomorrow or what? Please help!

I was wanting to know if i could buy apple products with financial aid before its actually refunded to you. Like you can on the college website or in the college bookstore by give them your stupid id number and such?
