I had a section a little over 2 weeks ago. I felt really good right after the surgery, but find now that if I wear fitted clothes the skin on my abdomen hurts and I get shooting pains in my abdomen too. This lasts for a couple of days after wearing anything that touches my scar and lower abdomen. Can I expect this to go away? Is this typical?

I don't know what else the US military did/ does at our bases in Cuba. Are we getting out of Cuba altogether? Or just closing the prisons on those bases?

I'm getting my info from books, which all are telling me that it's easiest to get to nursing just after birth. This isn't an option for me - I won't be able to spend much time with the newborn for several hours, except for what sounds like a meet and greet.

I'm 9 weeks pregnant, and have started having vision problems. I've seen the obgyn twice, and he hasn't yet checked my blood pressure. I don't have another appointment for 3 weeks.

Should I be worried yet, or is it too early for blood pressure to be an issue? (I've always had normal blood pressure, but haven't had it checked in over a year).

I don't have any cocoa powder or baker's chocolate, but I do have about 8 oz of mini dark chocolate chips. Does anyone have a recipe that would let me use these to make chocolate oatmeal cookies?
