I really want to travel abroad for a purpose, not just to be a tourist.

I see all of these travel and study abroad opportunities for kids interested in a different language or conservation or medical care, but none for an academic career.

I want to study the English language, its history, roots, and evolution.

I just want to find a program abroad that would allow me to both travel and learn some more about my chosen field.

I am going into my junior year of high school in the US.

I also would need a scholarship.

I saw a question asking if the person would wake up happy if they suffocated them selves but didn't kill. I can't find it again but please tell that person that people have died doing that and not to do it themselves. Thank you.
