im going to this like formal 10 day trip to this medical forum thing this summer. and it requires like really professional attire. but where can i get suits and stuff that dont make you look like a big sack. im 16, 5'3 and a size 0. alsoo, what kind of dresses are considered "professional attire". i dont want to look like a 40 year old lady, and i want something cute that i wont die in when its 90 degrees outside.

i heard that nike shox arent proper and decent training shoes for track and they are usually a cause of shin splints. is this true? and is it better to buy regular training shoes or flats?
