  • Sending the same email to one address several times?

This may seem a little strange but I want to send the same email several times to the same recipient, but I do now want to send individually, is there any way I can do this by sending just once. The reason is I have been asking a solicitor for an update on my case and she never replies. I would like to to ask for the same update many times so that it is easier for her to reply rather than having to delete my many emails.

  • Acer Aspire 7720G does not POST and switches off 5 seconds after switching on?

I have not used this laptop in about a year and decided it was time to get it up and running again. It has been used very little since it was bought 2 years ago. At first all appeared well. It booted to the password, but neither the keyboard or keypad worked. The pointer froze and keyboard would not input anything. In the end I had little alternative but to switch off by holding the on / off key for 5 seconds. The computer appeared to shut down normally, saving settings etc. However when I tried to restart the computer it started for about 5 seconds and then switched off. There is no post and nothing appears on the screen. The light on the on / off button comes on for about 5 seconds and then goes off. I have tried running with just the power supply and just the battery and it is just the same. I have left the battery out for 1 hour and then restarted but the system is just the same. I have tried re-seating the memory chips and in fact replaced them with the original (I upgraded to 4G) but the system was exactly the same in terms of startup. The system is almost new in the sense that it has been used for no more than about 20 hours so I suspect it is not component failure. Has anybody experienced the same, or does anybody know how to fix this problem. I have tried resetting the power by removing the battery and power supply and holding down the power switch for 30 seconds to no avail.

  • Internet Connection Problem?

I have a virgin cable ISP and am using an Atlanta cable modem and a Netgear Router. The main desktop computer is connected via an ethernet cable to the router and worked fine until a week ago. My notebook connects wirelessly. The desktop had a start up problem that I have now fixed but although the ethernet connection shows a good connection to the router but shows no connection to the internet. The notebook connects with no problem to the internet. Could anybody tell me what the problem could be. A step by step guide would be useful. 10 points for the best answer. Thanks in advance

  • I have a Ei Systems 1511 and I am trying to upgrade the memory to 2GB.?

I have found one of the memory slots but I am told the other is below the key board. In fact even PC World are unsure (and these are the technicians who sell them and work on them) whether it has one or two slots and could not tell me how to remove the keyboard to get at the other slot, if it exists. Does anybody know how to remove the keyboard on this machine to get to the memory slot. A basic A,B,C guide would be very helpful. Please do not refer me to any removal of keyboard sites unless it has this specific laptop, as I believe I have been t them all. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance

  • Acer 7520 will not start up.?

Acer 7520 will not start up. The Sata drive is shown in bios, but on start up the windows goes to

    Yukon PXE V6.14.1.2

Pre - boot eXecution Environment (PXE) V2.1

PXE-E61 Media Test Failure, Check Cable

    PXE.M0F: Exiting PXE ROM

    Operating System Not Found

I suspect HHD failure but I am not 100% sure. The same message comes up whthere the HDD is in the machine or not. The HHD light appears to come on and off at startup. I cannot boot from any OS CD as it always goes to the HHD first even when changed in set up.When you force the system so you can choose boot up it only shows the HHD (Which is a Toshiba SATA 2,5'' 160GB drive) Anybody had this sort of problem before. s it the Hard Disc or Bios or perhaps the Hard Disc Controller. I do not have another machine to test it in so any help would be great

  • My computer is running very slow both on startup and during operation. How do I make it faster.?

I have done all the normal things eg Defraged drive and registry, Clean registry with several programs. Run spyware and Adware Programs (several). Run Anti virus scan in normal and safe mode. Optimised system. Minimised start up items. Cleared out temp files as well as Internet. Still very slow.
