I've been told many years ago that having mail delivered to your house under too many names that it looks suspicious?

Well a family has recently moved in wih me due to their financial status and they all have different names and last names and most of them need mail to be sent to my household

but I already have my family of 5 having mail being received here and I just wonder what does that look like to the goverment or usps or something?? Is it bad to have so many different names being mailed to one house address??

If I'm not making any sense I will try to explain it better..

I give my sisiter this laptop which was working perfectly before so.. She says she done nothing it was showing that it was using the battery while the adapter was still plugged in then just quit after battery died now it's completely dead....

It's a Toshiba Satellite M55-S141

Tried turning on with just battery and with just ac adapter and yes the adapter works and worked perfectly before..

There are no lights on saying its plugged in and no probs with monitor...

I did the power drain holding down the power button while no adapter or battery connected

I opened it everything is still connected dc jack wires etc..

There is a small rattling sound when it is plugged in (not like anything is loose) but a rattle that you can barely hear that just keeps on doing so as long as its plugged in..

So that makes me think that the motherboard is still getting juice and working somewhat...

Also I took out the hard drive seeing as if that was the problem its not..

So as of now the laptop has no battery and no hard drive has ram and plugged with adapter and nothing..

I took out both the ram and video card and reset them back in place..

I shook it a lil to see if that would work somehow

I cleaned the output jacks

I did pretty much everything you can think of I'm just stumped at the rattling noise

Any help is appreciated..

What do you think is the best DVD-R's to buy in bulk?

I have tried HQ and some other brand that I forgot and they kept not burning right and wasting discs I have been buying BENQ and they been doing the job pretty good but they are getting harder to find online..

I wanted to try Tayio-Yuden and Ritek but I'm scared of getting burned again..

So what is the cheapest best DVD-R's out there and maxell don't really work for me either..

Also which ones have the longest life cuz after a year or so they dont seem to work anymore..

So let me know well because I need to!!

I'm planning to upgrade my laptop to a larger hard drive but I have problems with this is the past for my other laptop I had long ago does the hard drive have to be a specific model to work with mine? like mine is a sata drive will any sata drives work or would I have to do a search what hard drive are compatible with my laptop and if I do have to do a search is there like a webpage that shows about all hard drive makes/models or just do a normal google search its a dell e1505 but I search for the hard drives they have for it on ebay but there is a lot of cheaper ones just by searching the company like western digital and toshiba whats the best thing to do? Thanks in advance!
