Is it possible to put smileys like this one http://smiles.int-world.com/smile.127358.html in a power point presentation(2007) so they are animated like on internet not as a picture(gif)...

Ok so when i start my computer the following blue screen appears saying:

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again follow these steps:

Disable or unistall anti virus, disk defragmentation or backup utilities. Check your hard drive configuration, and check for any updated drivers. Run CHDSK/F to check for hard drive corruption, and then restart your computer....

And then some error message with bunch of numbers....

So i restarted computer a bunch of times but it always appears....I tryed typing F8..tryed to boot it in safe mode, last known good configuration....etc, but nothing worked ...the same note appears there also.

So im suspecting that the problem isn't in drivers or viruses...Is it possible my hard drive just went off ? I have this computer like 10 years, am using windows xp 2003....what do u think, help, how to fix it ???
