I am a participant in a non profit organization and they are demanding a check be issued until services are rendered for all participants. Once services are fulfilled they are refusing to return the checks to their rightful owners, insisting they have been destroyed. I understand and respect the honesty policy, but I am also well aware identity theft is at an all time high. Regardless, I would like to know if this is legal. Your advice and reference to information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I went to a new dentist for a cleaning and a set of x-rays. I received my 'explanation of dental plan reimbursement' from my insurance company stating that they had paid there amount and I was responsible for $167.00. A month later I receive a bill from the dental office for $326.40. Is this legal?

I have several orchids and have yet to encounter this. 2 of my plants have a sticky sappy substaince on the buds and even on a few of the open blooms. Any idea whats going on with these plants and/or how to fix it? Thank you ;)

Long story, short. About a decade ago I got married in foriegn country. We never went through the interview process, here in the USA, to obtain his citizenship as we realized our bliss was not ever lasting. Now, I am ready to marry the real man of my dreams....but I dont know how to find out if that mistake many years ago needs to be undone first. Help please!

There are multipule articules that tell you about the baby einstein recall/refund, but not one of them tell you how to go about getting it. Yes, I know you have to of purchased between a specific time. Where do you send the videos? Do you need the reciept? After spending hours reading through articuls and searching their site, still no answers? So I have begun to assume Disney is attempting to boost sales.... Does anybody out there know whats happening with this recall/refund and how to go about getting it?

I have never been a person with freckles. Over the past 6 months a dozen or so have developed on my chest region and a couple on my face. In the past month one has started to form on my lip, towards the inner part of my mouth. Any idea's why would be awesome. In addition, I have had blood work done recently and things came back rather normal. With that result I don't believe cancer is the cause, but don't know for sure. Would very much like some medical input here, thank you.

My son is in to sticking everything into his mouth and spitting it back out. Including any and all foods we try to give him, he puts it in his mouth rolls it round for awhile and spits it out. Is he getting enough nutrition????

My body hurts like hell!!!! I feel dizzy, nauseous and I think my heart is attempting to pound it's way out of my chest. Is this normal when you attempt to give this nasty habit up????? How long does it last and is there anything that can be done to easy these symptoms?
