  • Will American Express help me dispute hotel charges?

    I stayed at a hotel that was not cooperating with me in any way. There were so many problems with the room that I had to make several visits to the front desk because I was placed on hold for so long through the phone (calling to the front desk). Faulty jacuzzi, leaking water from the walls/light fixtures, and bathroom doors locked--to name a few issues. Management was not helpful or sympathetic in any way to help remedy the issues.

    Would American Express help me dispute the entire charges with this hotel?

  • I have songs that have Chinese title, and it doesn't show the Chinese chracters. Instead I get little squares.

    Does anyone know what I can download to get the Chinese text to show up on the files and in my iTunes? I can see Chinese text on Internet Explorer and FireFox just fine, just not on my desktop or any other thing beside my browsers.
