I could use a lot of help to make this a good deck. please help!

i'm trying to make a really good mill - goyf deck. to be honest i've seen previouse mill decks and i'm not to sure if they're right for what I'm trying to accomplish. this deck is one i'll only be using with friends and is 100% casual. though i'm not a billionairi do work two jobs and money isn't to much of a big deal and I'm not going to say a strict budget. so far i've boughten a lot of different cards and still my deck is loosing almost every secong game. here's the deck list of what i have going on so far:

ok so i'm a little bit confused about twincast, i know it seems like a pretty straight forward card - Copy target instant or sorcery spell. You may choose new targets for the copy - but if i played a card with X in the casting cost, how would that work? EXAMPLE: I play psychic drain - XUB (2) Target player puts the top X cards of his or her library into his or her graveyard and you gain X life.- I tap 5 land for the "X" than play twincast, how many cards does my opponent then put into his or her graveyard?5? 10? or does this even work???

What is the deal with Ravenous Vampire? can you sac. more than one creature a turn?
