Why should I take makeup off before I sleep?
I know I should take makeup off before I go to sleep, but I can't find a scientific reason why. If anyone has a good, scientific answer, please let me know. I don't see any short-term or right-away problems with sleeping with eyeliner on, and it doesn't come off on my pillow or bedding.
