4 AnswersSoftware1 decade agodoes this sound serious?
At around 11 last night, i was drifting in and out of dream, that i couldn't tell was real or not. it was very weird. Suddenly i was very aware of where i was, as i started shaking with chills uncontrollably. It was then that I noticed the headache. I endured the rigorous shaking for ten or so minutes, and at 12.00am i took two panadols. The panadols stopped the shaking, however did nothing to mask the headache, which just got worse. At 3.30am i started shaking again, and had to wait till four to take another panadol. The headache is like this massive pressure inside my head. It hurts my head when i move my neck, and my eyes are sensitive to light. It is the worst headache I have ever had. My parents are taking me to a doctor ASAP, but i was just wondering what this could be? i'm not vomiting or anything, just a temperature, chills and a severe headache.

2 AnswersOther - Diseases1 decade agouhhoohh i have a lump!?
i have this NOT visible lump on the lower left side of my back. I'm only 14, i think it is pressing on a nerve or something, becase i am getting pains in places on my left leg. My whole family has felt it, and mum booked meinto the doctor for two days time:)
The lump is hard, fleshy kind of. It moves only on one side, actually i'm not sure if it's myfinger slipping off the end of it, or the one side of it moving. if that makes any sense.
i've done some research, and was thinking it could either by a lipoma... or a more cancerous tumor. but i guess only the doctor can tell... what do you think?

12 AnswersDogs1 decade agoI have found a lump :S?
Here is my details:
14,female
Past medical history:
- born without an esophogwal sphincter (surgeries to replace this/correct)
-severe gastro reflux (under control now)
- ovarian cyst on left ovary
- constipation problems due to adhesions from surgerys
-appendectomy
-tonsilectomy
The history probably doesn't matter, just thought I would add it in :)
Okay, so I guess in the past 7 or so days, I have been having some lower left sided back pain, that extends down my left leg all the way to my foot, with certain parts of my left leg randomly aching. I have found a lump in the lower left side of my back. It is not visibly but it can be felt. I would say it is:
-about 2 centimetres in width
- solid, fleshy
- It almost feels like it's slippery, because your finger bounces off it when it gets to the end, it's weird ahaha
ANYWAYY, mum booked me into the doctors on monday. I've been googling like crazy, and i'm only freaking myself out.. haha :) mostly i'm coming up with soft tissue tumors :S
If someone has had something like this, or knows what it could be, or what the doctor is going to do, it would be a huge help!
