  • 2008 Hyundai Tiburon GT Limited Automatic?

I'm looking at a 2008 Tiburon GT Limited automatic. It has 84,320 miles and is being sold for $7,995. It comes with the remaining factory warranty as well. The car looks immaculate and has no problems ( I did a carfax report before going to the dealer.) I plan on using this car as my daily driver to college. Is this a smart investment, if not tell me why.

  • Trade in value for 1989 Chrysler LeBaron Convertible?

Hey guys. I've tried selling my '89 LeBaron for 4 months, I'm sick of the thing and want another car. What would a dealer give me for a trade in? It has 100,106 original miles. Everything and I mean everything works. It was professionally repainted a few years ago. It has a full leather interior (virtually untouched.) It has 4 premium wheels (300 dollars each.) I installed a Bose audio system and speakers. The oil was changed every 2500 miles. No problems whatsoever. Be honest guys, I'm trying to sell it for $2000 and it seems hopeless, I'd like to know what a dealer would give me just so I can be at ease when I call them.

  • Hyundai Tiburon automatic snow driving?

Ok guys, this is a pretty in depth question so I'd really appreciate a thorough answer. I'm an upcoming senior in high school and I recently sold my '89'Chrysler LeBaron convertible to get something more "practical." As in, something I can drive year round. A little background about where I live, I am located in Pennsylvania, our winters get pretty bad, I've only had one year of winter driving experience in a FWD 2003 Honda Civic coupe, I did more than fine. I have worked and saved up $9,000 with which I plan to buy a 2007 Hyundai Tiburon GS automatic 4 cylinder with just under 80,000 miles. Is this a smart investment? How will it handle in the winter if I am to put on 4 winter tires? Is it reliable, will I have any major problems with it down the road? Remember I drove in the winter with a small car and I did fine, will this be the same case if I choose to purchase this Tiburon? My apologies for the drawn-out anecdote, I just want to feel at ease about purchasing this vehicle, I love the look and it's in excellent shape, the price is right too. Thanks everyone, I will give best answer to whoever answers the most thoroughly.

I signed up a few months ago to play in a poker tournament at Rivers Casino. The buy-in is $5000. It's a pretty classy place. What should I wear, be specific, I have a lot of clothes.

  • best coupe for teenager?

Okay guys, I sold my old car (1989 Chrysler LeBaron convertible) I made 3 grand on it, plus the 5 I already had. So, as of now, I have $8,000 to my name. I need a car that looks good, is extremely reliable, and runs decently well in the winter. I love coupes, my dad has a 2008 Honda Accord Coupe and it's a tank, however they are expensive. Do your magic guys, give me some good suggestions .

  • lose weight?

Hey guys. I'm 17 years old, I am 5'10 180 pounds. I wouldn't call myself fat, but I am definitely overweight, I have a bit of a stomach as well as some small man boobs. I consider myself to be pretty active, I go for 4 mile runs at least 3 times a week, I lift weights 2 times a week and I am in a boxing club which is a very strenuous routine. I know that I can't lose weight based on my diet, can you guys give me examples of a well regulated diet and excercise plan, because as active as I am, I don't lose any weight.

  • Pennsylvania State Trooper?

Hey guys. I'm an upcoming senior and high school and have made the decision that I want to pursue a career as a PA state trooper. I feel as though I have a decent chance of getting in as I have 6 relatives who were and are still troopers, however I was curious as to what to get my associates degree in. I was thinking criminology, any advice.

  • 2007 Hyundai Tiburon?

Hey guys. I just purchased a Hyundai Tiburon and I absolutely love it. It has just under 60,000 miles and it has a lot of unexpected pep to it. I want to improve it even more, what accessories would you guys recommend for it, it can be anything, from performance and reliability to looks and comfort. I was thinking about an LED headlight and taillight upgrade and maybe a better radio system. Any suggestions are appreciated.

  • New Barrel for a Bulgarian AK-47?

Hey guys. The barrel for my Arsenal firearms AK-47 is totaled and I need a replacement. Where can I find one? I plan on having a gunsmith install it.

  • objects lodged in barrel?

Hey guys. I was cleaning my AK-47 and my brush snapped off and lodged in the tip of the barrel. I took a cleaning rod and tried to push it out and the rod went into the barrel and lodged beside the brush. I can t see or get a good of either object. I ve been pounding on the objects with a screwdriver and a hammer to no avail. Is there any way I can dislodge the objects myself? If not, how will a gunsmith go about removing them? Thanks guys.

  • Going to MEPS?

Hey guys, I have a big problem. So my recruiter wants to take me to MEPS on Monday. I still need to fill out all of my paperwork and my parents, I'm 17 btw, want to be there when I take the "oath." Plus they want to make sure I've studied for the ASVAB. So I called my recruiter asking if he could push it back a week. He said absolutely not and that if I don't attend MEPS that day it will leave a black mark on my military record and will destroy my career. Is this true?

  • Might be joining the Navy?

Hey guys, I'm going to MEPS on Monday but I have a small problem, my mom is distraught. I'm 17 years old and I've been interested in serving all my life but my mom continues to tell me what a terrible choice it is. She lays awake all night crying and apparently it's been conflicting with her work. She won't eat or sleep, she's stopped talking to my dad, who is all for the military. I feel absolutely awful about putting her through this and I'm starting to question whether or not I want to serve now if my mom will be that upset. Any tips or help with how I can comfort her or make her feel better?

  • Going to MEPS on Monday.?

Hey guys. I'm heading off to MEPS on Monday. I took my ASVAB during the school year and only scored a 55, I told the recruiter that I wasn't interested in the Navy since my low score qualified me for no good jobs. So he said I could retake the test. He administered the practice test to me in his office and I scored a 76, I had studied the week before. Is it guaranteed that I'll take the actual ASVAB at MEPS, or did my recruiter swindle me by saying that I can retake the test? Please answer with your experiences and knowledge.

  • Army Intelligence Analyst?

Hello everyone. I've been researching various jobs in the military and this job sounds very interesting, plus you get special clearances, benefits as well as preference with various agencies in the civilian world, so I've heard at least. I already qualify for this job with my ASVAB scores, how should I go about pursuing this career, what steps can I take to have the best possible chance. Also, when they are deployed do their duties involve going into combat or doing patrols or is it more of a "office job." Any knowledge or help would be greatly appreciated. I'm currently 17 and an upcoming junior, any advice for me as of right now? Thanks guys.

  • Best Navy job for my ASVAB score.?

Ok guys. Here are all of my scores: AR-44, AS-51, EI-43, GS-46, MC-42, MK-57, PC-51, VE-53, WK-55. Ok guys, I know these scores are definitely not the best but I'm stuck with them. What are some of the best jobs I can hope to get with these scores? Be honest and don't sugar coat anything, this is my future after all.

  • Navy Master at Arms?

Hey everyone. I'm going to talk to the recruiter tomorrow. I want to be a Master at Arms and my ASVAB scores qualify me for the job. However, if I go to MEPS and the job is not listed then I'm stuck. Is there any way, that the recruiters won't tell you, to guarantee me a job as a Master at Arms, in writing of course. I've read several accounts of people asking the recruiter for a guaranteed position in writing otherwise they'll walk out the door. Is that a reality or is it a foolish attempt glistening with false hope. Don't sugar coat anything guys, I'm not expecting any miracles, I just need to know what I should do. Any advice or maybe stories of what you guys did would be greatly appreciated. I'm currently 17 and am going to ask about DEP, but I really want the job guaranteed in writing on my contract, is it impossible? Thanks guys, I came here seeking the truth that, it seems, no recruiter can give me.

  • Naval Intelligence Specialist?

Hey everyone. Can anyone in the military tell me about this position in the Navy. I know the required ASVAB score to be eligible is

VE+AR=108., I may be mistaken, I only have a 97 in this category. Should I ask to retake my ASVAB, or is there some way, perhaps the recruiter won't tell me, that will get me the job? I'm not looking for any miracles, give me the truth guys don't sugar coat anything, this is my future after all. Thanks.
