Why are you asked to type that code thing, those stupid letters, whats the point?

What are the best "tried" exercises I can do to lose belly fat, only belly fat. I don't want to lose any fat from my lower part, I'm 136.6 lb and 5'44" tall, I need some exercises plzzz :(

I find it really hard to control my anger and keep myself from losing my temper, and this has been pushing people away from me, and I can't do anything about it :(

whenever I'm in a situation and something upsets me or someone (no matter how close they are to me) says something to me, I react in a very unexpected aggressive way and I start yelling :(

and after that when I calm down I realize that I've done something so stupid! but I find it hard to apologize though I know I have to.

I always put myself in complicated situations, and I get stuck in a very tight corner, I don't think before I react!

I'm studying Clinical Nutrition And Dietetics, and I use things like "food composition tables", but I heard about softwares I can download on my computer (or my cell phone) that would make it easier for me to check the foods I want whenever I need.

and they seem to work , but then when I press "recover" , I get a message that says I can't recover these files unless I buy this program .

But I want something that's totally for free , plz do u recommend any ones ??????

last night I put my flash memory card in the PC , and I opened it , but there was something wrong :(

The folders on it were still there , but they were only shortcuts of the original ones , and when I tried to open one of them , the computer wouldn't respond to anything after that and I'd have to restart it .

I tried scanning the flash memory card for viruses , I found 2 and I deleted them , but still the folders wouldn't open >>> Plz help me !

Isn't there anything I can do to get my folders back ???? or they're gone ??????? :'(
