I dated this girl for almost 3 years and we broke up. We started talking again after a year of being apart and she actually broke up with her bf then to date me. We dated for about another year, and I ended things on good terms cause I wanted to be single. Shortly after, she started dating another guy and they have been together for about 2 years. They recently got engaged and the wedding is in June of 2014. She is continuing college at a medicine school so they don't live together. I haven't talked to her or seen her since I ended things, but she sent me a text message the other day asking if I wanted to "catch up" over lunch sometime. I told her yes, and so after talking to a couple of my friends, they somewhat convinced me that she had other ideas than just catching up. I started to get the idea too after we couldn't work out a lunch time so she asked me if we could go to dinner(I view it more as a date than lunch). We are going to dinner this Friday now I am absolutely fine if we do just catch up because I would like to hear from her. I am just curious if she might be looking for more than just a casual friend dinner considering the circumstances of her breaking up with a bf for me before, her not living with her fiance, and possibly looking for a change. What do you think her intentions are?
