In Arizona If you are suspended from your job, is the company obligated to tell you the reason why you were suspended?

And if they are investigating a suspended employee, what is the legal time the suspension should take?

So on hotmail everytime I get an email with an attachment I can't open it because it tells me: Find, save and cancel, instead of telling me, Open, save, and cancel. How do I fix this it's really stupid that it won't let me open my attachments, even after I save the attachment it tells me windows could not open that document. How do I fix this thanks.

Yeah but later on I feel like I'm going to regret it, I have not cut my hair since like september 2009, but I really want to cut my hair that short, people told me that it looks really good on me, and one of my best friend's Brieann kept telling me one time that I cut it that I looked really really cool and she couldn't stop staring at me, I have a great big dilemma I don't know what to do, I'm going back to school and I just want to look different, and really I am kind of sick of this hair cut, but I am so afraid that it won't grow, because when they cut it on september of 2009 it hasn't really grown much, so I'm afraid that I will have short hair for a long time, what should I do please help me. So right now I'm using my laptop, but my other desk computer won't connect to the internet, and I don't know what is wrong with it. So when I connect the internet cable to the CPU the send and receive lights just won't turn on. When those lights are on it means that its connected and it get internet connection. I am sick of this laptop its a mini laptop and I just like my other computer's bigger screen. How can I get it to connect to the internet? Its just not working. Thanks.

Hi I'm 15 years old and I suffer alot of depression, most of the time, the problem is that when this happens, I'm very very I mean very frustrated, and super sad, and heart broken. The real problem is that my mom won't listen to me, I can't even talk to her, which makes me even more depressed, but yet she wants me to shut up, and I tell her time and time again that it helps me a lot if she was actually there for me, and listen to me but she never is, she always arges with me and calls me names, which make me even more depressed, she is the only person that I can talk to, buts she won't listen I can't take this anymore its a constant cycle. She says that she loves me, because I'm her only daughter, but I ask myself how can she love, that when I most need her she isn't there for me? I just wisht that she would listen for just once, and I told her please listen to me, just this once please listen, and she never does. I am so depressed, I cannot take it anymore. I talk to God everytime this happens, and cry over my Grandma that I so loved but she passed away in 2007, and that she actually did listen to me, I ask Jesus sometimes to take me with him. What can I do, how can I make my mom understand? It makes me feel alot better knowing that I'm not the only one suffering this too.

So I have a dog he is chow chow mixed with german shepperd he is 1 year old, but today we were going to go for a walk, and I accidentally left the door a little open, and he ran away he went all the way through the long alley, and back through the neighborhood, he runs so fast and I have to run very fast too and I get tired when I'm not even half way there yet, and the more I call him the more he runs away, this is stupid no dog does this besides mine, I've seen so many people walking their dog, without a leash and the dog walks right beside them and my dog runs away like crazy, and its so hard to catch him, plus he could easily get runned over by a car because the street right besides the alley has alot of cars, and on the other end of the alley there is even more cars. Gosh my dog is so stupid, that I feel like getting a new one, he is totally un-teachable, like when we go for a walk he drags me everywhere, he doesn't walk normally what should I do? He doesn't walk by my side like dogs are supposed to, he walks in front of me sniffing everything.

It was my 12 year old cousin and I, we were in her house, when we saw this guy that goes to my school, and I told him "Hi, you remember me?" Because in real life he is my friend. I told him "Remember I am your friend because you were my friend Abby's ex-boyfriend?" and he said "Umm no, I don't remember you." And I remember my cousin was wearing jeans and a maroon color aeropostale shirt, and I was wearing a dress with thights, and he was sitting down against a a wall in my cousin's home, when he looks at me and he goes "Sssss, mmmmm" I don't know why, and as we left I told him "Don't ever do that again", I felt disgusted. And than somehow he got mad a both of us, and tried shooting us with an old fashioned gun, and the first time I told my cousin "Get behind the wall, gunshots can't trespassss this wall it's brick" And so we did, and than when we thought he was gone we ran to the living room, and as we were running (just my cousin and I) he shot my cousin and than he ran out of the house, and my cousin's mom picked her up, she wasn't crying, and I told her, "She died?" And her mom answers me "Yes" and than I go back and than, I find him again, so I tried hiding the bathroom and I lock the door, and I tried hiding behind the sink, I thought maybe the gunshot won't go through this but the sink was a little too small for me to hide behind it all the way, so when he did shot he shot my in the right part of my chest. And I only felt pain for the second that the bullet when in me, and I was losing blood fast, so I put my hand over my wound, and than I ran to my cousin's mom she was still holding her daughter in her arms and I told "I don't wanna die, hello take me to the hospital" she was very slow and all she did she put her daughter's body in the kitchen counter and she took me to the hospital. I was feeling very weak due to the loss of blood, but I kept saying to myself "I'm strong, and I am not going to die" And I didn't die, and that is where my dream ended. What could it possibly mean? What happened to project free tv? According to my computer it doesn't exist anymore, it has been moved, or that its temporarly available? Will it be gone forever?

Ok so my computer address bar isn't appearing at all, including the back and forward arrows, and the tools menu, favorites, everything isn't appearing, and I can actually see my computer's background where all that is missing wtf is wrong with it? How do I fix it? And I've tried so many times turning it off and on, refreshing it and it doens't work at all. I don't think right clicking will help becauce when I do it only shows, Restore, minimize, and close.

Hi Everyone, so tomorrow June 4th I start summer school, and the school bus does take me all the way to the school, but than on my way back it drops me off at one school and I have to walk all the way back to and the walk is a good 1 hour and 20 minutes its long to walk back, my choices were either take the public bus, but I refused because I'm scared of public busses, so I thought I will just roller skate back home, but you know how on the sidewalk there is usually little rocks, well will they make me fall? I'm using the single line skates, and I'm scared that the little rocks on the sidewalk will make me fall, will they easily make me fall, because if they do than I guess I won't be able to skate and I'll be stuck walking the 1 hour and 20 minute walk back home. ;( Well thanks everyone.

Like on myspace on picture comments the pc4pc thing, and than the people who type all messed up for example they use more than 1 letter for a word that isn't necessary for example: people who type lyk diz. And for example my name is ElisZaaBeEtH, (THAT ISN'T MY NAME) see how they type like all under case and in cap locks and they use more than one letter when they aren't necessary and the typical ily too. So McAfee did a scan and it told me that my computer had 2 trojans. I didn't know what trojans were until I read about them on google. Well I don't know how to remove them so can anyone please help me and tell me how I can remove the damn trojan please? Thanks. Ohh and by the way just tell me the steps on how to remove it don't tell me take it to a computer technician because even if I do, it will get a virus or a trojan later.

Before I start, I want to say that this guy from my school that I saw today at school was the main character of my dream, but the weird thing is that I don't even talk to that guy, and I don't even know him.

NOTE: My hair color is naturally dirty blonde but in my dream it was black for some reason I don't know why, but hey I'd love to die it black in real life.

Ok here it goes: So I had just gotten out of the shower, my hair was still wet, and I was cleaning the house my mom was home, and in our back yard some guys were playing basketball one of them was my neighbor his cousin I think, some other emo guy, and that guy from school that I don't even know. And than they came in, and my neighbor, his cousin, and that emo guy were sitting in one couch, and my mother, the guy from school, and and I were sitting on the other couch (I was sitting in between my mom and that guy from school, and I had a big blanket with me), when we started playing video games, and I was going to play against my neighbor, but that guy from school wanted to play against him and my mom said "No Monica let him play you can go next", and I was like "ok". So then they finished playing, when that guy from school started petting, and brushing my hair with his hand, we was doing it so softly that I started to fall asleep, than he put my hair up in a pony tail, he fixed my hair with his hands he didn't use a hair brush, and than he tied it with a hair rubber band, than he put lip gloss on me, and he looked at me deeply and he was like "Ahh beautiful". And that's where my dream ended.

I just think that its weird, because I don't even know that guy, and just how the dream was it was weird itself, I have very weird dreams, I have alot of nightmares, like 85-90% of the time my dreams are nightmares. Well anyway if anyone has an idea of what it could mean it would be helpful if you answered the question thanks.

Hi everyone so today I have a project due from my world history class, I had to make a black russian cake, supposedly its from Russia, but the teacher also asked the whole class to explain how it represents our country, and why do they eat it, and I've looked all over the web to try and find that out and I just can't, there is no information on that anywhere on the web all I can find is the recipe. Ok So I looked all over the web for this and I couldn't find an answer, so I just said I'll ask. Please don't tell me I'm too young because I've read so much questions when people answer if you don't know you're too young to be asking this or something like that, I mean come on seriously? Can someone please tell me if the word "'manejar" has an accent anywhere if it does where does it have it? How do you say 'manejar in vosotros too? In the verbs presente, imperfecto, preterito, futuo, and condicional can someone tell me how to say vosotros manejar in those verbs thanks.

So you know how car plates usually have 3 letters in them (well at least where I live they do) well anyway, could those 3 letters be words such as: bra, sex, fag, a*ss etc? Because I've never seen one like that but there is alot of cars so they eventually run out of letters, but I was wondering if they ever use those?
