  • UrBeats problem?

    When I put them in, the sound is louder to the people around me than it is to me. There is like no sound when they're in your ear. When they're not I'm my ear, it's like a speaker. the sound only comes from the back side of them(the beats logo). Is there a fix to this, or should I buy new ones?

    I bought them about 2 months ago and today the sound is like reversed. It doesn t come out of the part that you put in your ear, but the back side of them. It s really dull sound when they re in my ear, but when you take them out the sound is coming from the back louder than in the ear
