I am no longer a participant of Yahoo Answers because I can be sent, and have, a violation notice because somebody did not understand my answer (ignorance), therefore considering it not an answer or not helpful. Also, I asked a question once and received an answer that was insulting. Upon reporting the insulting answer, it was decided my report was unwarranted and the answer would not be deleted. So, between my experiences of not being understood and then insulted, I stay away from Yahoo Answers.

  • For somebody into the 'Right 4 Your Type' diet ...?

I can't find curry powder on the list. I'm a type 0 ... my daughter is an A, if there's anybody out there the same type(s) that knows whether curry powder is beneficial, neutral, or avoid?

  • The root of my German Shepherds puppy behavior?

This is an orphaned pup whom I did the best to be surrigate mother dog starting at 3.5 weeks, but maybe I didn't do so well. I'm wondering about his behavior toward the other pack member (a rescue dog I pulled out of the pound when he became about 3 months). He was obnoxiously loud & pick pick picked at her. She was placed (me thinking it was something of the dynamics between that rescue female who wasn't snarly or growly and my male pup, I didn't worry about it). So then a couple months later I got another rescue female and he renewed his same behavior, only towards her! She has been adopted already and puppy now 8.5 months is single dog of my pack, so no behavior is being exhibited. Outside the pack, at dog parks, peoples homes with their pets, there's never been anything when I have taken him different places. Question(s) is this: What is this behavior called and what was my dog thinking to act that way and oh boy, is it going to happen again when I bring in another rescue?

  • How can I help a wild pidgeon?

I pulled into 7-11 where a group of them gather. At first I thought it was cute that one of them was carrying around a feather in it's beak. Then I noticed that this pidgeon was rather multi-talented to be able to hold the feather in its beak and eat at the same time. Then my heart broke when I realized the feather wasn't being held, but stuck, through the openings of what I guess is the nose holes of the upper beak? If I called animal control, would they bother to come out & catch it? If it is caught, could the feather be removed? If the pidgeon doesn't live at the 7-11, if it was just visiting, will the pidgeon live a happy & content life with the feather? It wasn't a small one either, about 6 inches. I've just never seen anything like this and will help the bird if there's some way?
