Z00m Int0 ME!

Ok so for years I've been addicted to my laptop and the Internet and 90% of the time I lay on my stomach with myself propped up on my elbows for hours without any trouble... At least this use to be the case. About two years ago I started noticing that while doing this, half of my left arm would go numb and tingly like it fell asleep. It's literally as if someone divided my hand down the center between my middle finger and my ring finger and followed the same line down my forearm to my elbow. My pinky finger and ring finger as well as everything else between them and my elbow below them is what falls asleep. For a while, this was the only thing that happened like this. Recently, however, I've noticed that when my upper arm is resting against my torso while I'm laying on my side in bed, the same thing starts to happen... And even on my right arm too. Also I always sit with my legs crossed Indian style, I'm short and this has always been most comfortable to me since in chairs my feet never touch the ground and I hate them dangling, but it's a habit now so even when I'm on the floor or sitting up in bed I do the same. But lately when I sit like that, after about 10 minutes, the ankle on the bottom will go to sleep as well as the foot it's attached to and it gets so bad that I have to be extremely careful when I do move it because I could easily break it without meaning to because it just flops without feeling and holds no weight at all. Once I move it from the position though, within a minute it's normal... I also frequently feel dull pain in the joints of my fingers, elbows, and knees but I don't know if that's connected. Does anyone have any idea what these might be symptoms of and if I should talk to my doctor sooner than my next appointment in September?

Ever since i dl'd the messenger, it hasn't let me change my display image or even choose the avatar, etc. I click "My display image" under the Messenger tab and choose "share my picture" and "browse" and it even shows the pic i choose before i hit ok and it refuses to show up in the messenger or in chats. I tried resetting my browser settings, clearing the cache, and even uninstalling and reinstalling... no luck... can anyone help??

I'm a first time user of Chatroulette so maybe this is normal but when I saw screenshots there was a place to chat or something and no blank buttons. I have a white screen with the two video boxes and a gray bar with 5 blank buttons and two unmarked checkboxes... is this normal?
