Question for women and optional for men.?
If a person you consider a friend asks you out? (I just pretended like it never happened because I did not want it to hurt the friendship) but then when I did consider it i found out that he was talking to other people and or even calling them their girlfriend. I just went on like nothing happened and it hurt me because I really care for that person. He has been through a hard time and I am there for him whenever he needs it and I feel like he took it as more than that from the beginning. He is now distant and he even unfriended me on a social network. What are your views?
Another detail is that he did not tell me. I found out through another mutual friend, that he was seeing someone else while trying to be with me. That is why it discouraged me to pursue it any further.

But I know that I will be a good girlfriend/wife one day. I'll never cheat because my dad did that to my mom and I see how hurtful it is to the entire family. My dad has never been there and I was hurt by a man when I was little. Now I'm 19 and moved on. I know all men aren't the same but I'm not sure if I can let any guy in my heart.
