Does anybody know where is a good place to stay between monterey and los angeles. I would prefer about an hour of drive from monterey as I am going to be driving from yosemite. I would like to rest on some beach after long drive therefore that place should be near a beach (prefer abandoned) I don't care if it's hotel or campground. Feel free to give me any advice you may find useful.

I am going to california same as las vegas and wyoming. I want to make a short gopro video about each but I struggle to pick music. I roughly know how I want the video to be looking like but I can't pick the right song. Has anyone any tip? Something suitable for california or LA. .. I will do two separate videos I think :!'':, *for vegas and wyoming I already have very good music

Hi, I am visiting yellowstone in summer and I would like to go to some country / cowboy places. I am definitely visiting wild west rodeo but I also want to go somewhere where the country music is played and people dance etc. I would prefer that to be within yellowstone but I can even travel a bit. I am going to yellowstone next month but I only have 3 days (all days ) to visit the park. Problem is that I don't know what to expect. I obviously know there is many beautiful places but I am afraid I won't see them as I probably have to stick with the common tourist routes and places . I expect them to be busy and crowded and dirty and I basically want to see wild nature.

On the other hand I am not a big hiker to take a week long trip. I would like to take some scenic hike but just for one day or maybe 2. I even though of horse ride but what I saw on youtube seemed to be to pussy.

I would need you to tell me

1)how long do I need to visit all the key tourists spots -basins, gaysiers etc.

2)I am particularly interested in grand canyon. . . How long does it takes to visit it, walk arround a bit etc.? Is there any hike you would recommend?

3)is there any other place you recommend? I want nice views and as little people as possible. Thx

And also I wonder if there is any nice place to swim

I am visiting grand canyon in summer and I wonder if you guys can help me. I need to know few things. I can only spend there few hours and morning after I need to leave therefore I need to plan.

1) is there any fire pit at the mather campground? Or rather at the campsite? I will have made a tent over there.

2)Is it difficult to find my camping spot? How long does it take (roughly)

3)are the view points far from the camping sites?

4)how to get there? Walk or bus? how long does it take ??

5)can I make it if I arrive about 4 or 5 o'clock?

Hi I am going to US in summer and I would like to know how much I am going to spend for petrol.

I rent Ford mustang in Las Vegas (uses about 13 litres for 10km )and I am going to grand canyon south rim, then to yellowstone and from there to San Francisco. From San Francisco I am taking pacific highway to la and San diego. After that I am returning back to vegas. I am going yo spend about three weeks in these cities therefore you need to add some little milage that is going to be driven within this cities.

I worked out I am looking at 500 $is that right.??

I am aware that fuel price is different in each state and I tried to include it in my calculations

Hi I am coming to LA in august and I would like to see some car show where cars are cruising and bouncing but is struggle to find anything although I found some event calendar. I am coming on 7th August and leaving on 12th and during this date there are just classic car shows or muscle cars etc. But I want to see bouncing lowriders. . . Can anybody help me out.

Hi I am going to SF. I already realized there isn't much to do for me therefore I only intend to spend there 2 days.

Problem is that I am probably going to see everything in 1 day and don't know what to do day after. 1st day I am visiting that bridge, chinesse ghetto, fisherman's dwarf, Japanese tea gardens, lombarrt street, alcatraz jail and also want to have a ride on the funny train in the city centre. At the Evening I want to go to twin peaks.

I though of zoo but I am not to sure if it's worth it. I have a suspicious I will only have seen animals and I already saw all of them therefore I hesitate. Hi I already asked a question related to parking in SF and I was told it's a real struggle.

Therefore I thought I may come(from the north over the GG bridge ) to alcatraz at 8 o'clock. Park my car over there and take the tour at 8:45. After that I would like to catch a bus and go to the city centre . Can I leave my car in their car park all day if I take tour and pay parking fee.? I just want to avoid traffic etc. And also I am going to be after 14 hours drive from yellowstone thefore I expect myself to be fed up of driving.

If I am not allowed to leave my car in alcatraz car park please tell me about some good car parks in near area. To me is important to have good access to the town as I am first visitor and I only have less then 2 days . Thank you
