So the girl is my younger sister and I need to get her a Christmas Present for Secret Santa. Thus, I thought books cause she does like reading from time to time. Are there any good series for my sis? I don't think she likes vampires and all that crap like the Twilight novels. I am strongly considering the Hunger Games Box Set but she might have read them already. If I get the Hunger Games should I get her the books or the movies? What other novel series/books are there for girls that she likely wouldn't have read but would like just as much?

This Christmas we are doing a secret Santa for our family and I got my younger sister who is seventeen. I don't wanna make it obvious I have her by asking everyone though through the laws of deduction everyone will undoubtedly find out. So this story is just for fun and I don't want it published because it's mainly adult/mature Amazon/centaur romance (love/hate relationship). The concept is that the world is being bled dry by a fierce feud between the female Amazons and the Centaur tribes. The revered Oracle has a vision that if they don't make peace then the world will end since the blood from the onslaught will awaken a terrible monster that will destroy them all.

Thus, the Amazon Empress relents and agrees to form an alliance by marriage with the centaurs by giving her Heir to the Heir of the centaurs. Needless to say one thing leads to another and you guys get the point! Basically the question is that I need some names for these characters as I am crap at that.

I also need names for the various kingdoms, oracle, and the monster that will be some kind of dragon/wyvern or a dinosaur or something maybe a dino-bird. So if you guys have a list of names for males and females in this type of story I would really appreciate it! The main names I need are for the Amazon Empress, the Centaur High Chieftain (basically the king), the Princess of the Amazons, the Prince of the Centaurs, the Oracle, and the Beast. But other names for minor characters would be great too.

Plus is it solely for games? Or can you go online such as Google, Facebook, and YouTube? Can you use mods on the Steam OS such as from the Workshop or the Nexus sites? Can you install other programs on it like a video editing program and Microsoft Word or Libre Office, for example?

So I am a complete noob about Linux and don't know how to use it at all but I might have to get it for my PC because it's free. Lame excuse I know but I am poor. Basically I want to know if it can run Skyrim in particular but also Age of Empires 2 HD Edition, and Terraria among other games that I have on Steam. Will these work? I mainly want Skyrim and Age of Empires but I would also like to play other games.

Basically I might have to switch to Windows 8 since Windows 7 is too expensive and Windows XP that I have on my old PC is no longer working and I do not have the installation disks. Thus, I was wondering if there are any apps or programs that make Windows 8 look and work like Windows 7 or even good old Windows XP. For example, can you bring back the start button as I heard rumor via an app? And is it possible to change the gods-awful menus and control panel?

Basically I have Windows XP Professional that came with this computer. It worked fine for years but now it turns out that an update proved my version of Windows was not authentic and genuine even though I didn't know that. Unfortunately, I cannot get in contact with the suppliers since this PC was a gift. Thus I am stuck and have to update fast. I have 39 days before this PC becomes useless. Basically I want to know what version of Windows 7 to get as I hate Windows 8 with a passion. The update version from windows XP makes sense but I heard that it needs the installation disks in order to work and I do not have the installation disk or the activation key needed. So would the update still work or do I have to spend 150 quid to get it? In that case I might just switch to Windows 8 since it's cheaper for the full version despite how much I hate it. Any advice and suggestions on my predicament would be greatly appreciated!! Also I would like to do this online if possible since I need it right away and have limited transport. Meaning I want to download and install it from online but legally of course.

Basically I need a copy of Windows 7 within 30 days and I wanna do stuff legally. So say I buy it from a legit online store somewhere, can I download it and install it to my PC? Or will I have to wait for it to get shipped or something?

Basically I had to add an internal hard-drive and then Windows XP update came around and claimed my copy of windows was not valid and genuine even though it was. So basically if I buy a new copy of Windows XP or Windows 7 (I hate Windows 8) and make sure it's all valid, etc, would it pass the validation stuff? Would my copy be registered as genuine? Also, when reinstalling Windows, I want to save a drive that I updated with 1TB and has Steam with all my games on it. Could I clone it legally or basically save the drive? Also, can I make that the primary C Drive?

So, ya know Aberforth Dumbledore (the younger Dumbledore) from Harry Potter? How many years passed since his sister died and Harry Potter was born? Also, what was the exact year that his sister died approx? I want to know because I am writing a fan fiction where Aberforth adopts Harry (who is given away by the Dursleys) on the anniversary when his sister died. I have recently found out that Occulus Rift now supports Skyrim and I am dying to get my hands on it so long as it's at a decent price. But does it work on a PC? And will it effect people who get headaches from time to time? Also, does it support mods? As in, can I play a modded Skyrim with Occulus Rift?

So I want to buy more hard drive space however I don't know if I have the new version or the old one. Also, does this matter? Can I just buy new hard drive and plug it inside the machine? Plus, would it work with the space I have already? As in, will the OS and software installed stay on the PC and work along side with the new hard drive I installed?

So here's a list of the ones I've seen:

Primeval (first series not the spin-off), Lost, Legend of the Seeker, Game of Thrones, Once Upon a Time, Grimm (a few episodes), Vikings, Robin Hood BBC, Camelot, Merlin BBC, Star Trek: Enterprise, Stargate: SG1, Stargate: Atlantis, Stargate: Universe, Suits, Arrow, The Big Bang Theory, and How I Met Your Mother. The first one and a half seasons of Spartacus: Blood and Sand.

There are a few more that I might or might not have seen but that's about it. Basically, I am looking for things about fantasy like Game of Thrones, Vikings, and Merlin but I like all other stuff too similar to the other shows. I don't really like lawyer/crime dramas like CSI but Suits was good since it kept it lighter and funner than most crime mysteries. So if you guys have any suggestions I'd greatly appreciate some advice on this matter.

I don't know if they are Drives or Partitions? Is there any way to find out by scanning my PC or something? Also, what program would you recommend me use to merge these things? I need one that is free but legal and not a torrent or something. I also don't want to load my computer with viruses so I want to be careful. Any programs and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. A link would be awesome too! Also, if I merge the two drives would I lose the OS and other programs like Microsoft Office and the Internet that are on there? Any way to make sure that doesn't happen? I also have some games on those drives. Will they get ruined too?

I am kind of a noob at multiplayer since I am used to single player games in Age of Empires 2 where you'd make walls and walls from castles and stuff (without using cheats against only 1 or 2 players). But whenever I play with a friend online he always uses this annoying strategy. His strategy is to make a huge wall of elite archers/crossbowmen (forgot their name) that is like five men thick. Behind them he has five or six trebuchets.

Somehow he always has two or three armies like this. One to thrash all other kingdoms and the other to protect his own. Needless to say, I get owned every single time and out of the ten times we've played or so I have only ever defeated his army once with a horde of elite swordsmen and a few knights. But I wasn't able to make a backup army so I was still screwed. Anyhow, I don't care if I sound like a noob or whatever but I just want help since I hate losing all the time. So I want to know if there's a good strategy to beat him. Usually, I focus on defense and building walls and castles etc so it's hard for me to get out there and attack. Any advise and suggestions would be much appreciated.

So I have Windows XP and I want to merge C Drive with D Drive. How do I do this without loss of data? I don't mind losing stuff on D Drive but reinstalling my games on C Drive would be a pain after having to do that all over again. Is there still the risk of losing this data? Should I back them up? Or can I just merge the drives and be done with it? Also, I use Windows XP so I know I have to use some third party software probably but if there's another way I would really appreciate it since I have had bad experiences in downloading such software. Not torrenting, I don't do that. Just downloading "free" programs that turn out to crash your computer and fill your browser with their own junk and spam. Anyhow, sorry about the rant but I would really appreciate some advice on this matter.

Is it possible to make an entire suit out of the material inside bullet proof vests? Would this protect you from both bullets and knives/daggers? Or only bullets? This wouldn't likely stop bullets from a machine gun or something would it? And how expensive would it be to make something like this? Don't worry though. I am not a phsycopath. I have just been watching the trailer for Iron Man 3 and was wondering if it was possible to make my own type of Iron Man suit out of this metal. Theoretically it would be light enough to wear and move around in and act like a suit of armor from medieval times.

Any thoughts?

If you plug in two or more screens to your computer (supposing your graphics card can handle it) and keyboard/mice/etc can you play two video games at the same time? Like could two people play one computer game each on the same computer? How would that work?
