Now that these days have been cold i'm not used to cold weather and im nowadays getting sick I always get sick on winter and my immune system is always low in these weather what can i do to stay healthy :(

So i started with what i though was implantation bleeding I had blood when i wiped usually my period is 8 days and this time it was only one day pinkish and then only when i wiped I had pinching in my tummy and my brest really sensitive.. Also I have been very sleepy now a days and eating less.. Can the tests be wrong or is it not pregnancy but something else??? IM WORRIED!!!

I always have a heavy period and im regular all the time this time i had 1 day of heavy flow then 1 day normal and 2 days spotting when i wipe i got this "period" 2 days early to my regular period... I took a pregnancy test just now and its negative can I still be pregnant? I read about implantation and i have had pinching in my tummy and very sleepy... I will b happy if im preggo but im concearned it could be something else like i read about cysts in the ovaries and other stuff im SCARED PLZ HELP!!!

How can i gradually become vegan and what kind of vegans are there I like fish alot and im starting to not eat chicken or meat but just like in any diet sometimes I crave brisket or beef tacos...

See I am a girl that loves anything about the ocean I even encourage people not to contaminate the ocean because I love all its mysteries you can say I daydream that I once was a mermaid perhaps in my past life I did a past life regression and found out I came from a place of magic, witchcaft and the undiscovered mysteries, I love dolphins and my dream is to one day swim with them, I also live near the beach and love to just stare at it and wonder how peaceful it is down there, yet I do not go in the water I guess I fear the unknown, the most I'll do is walk close to the waves to touch my feet while I collect sea shells, but I'm facinated by it... I used to go to sea world to feed the dolphins and touch them but I stopped going because it makes me sad that they have like 10 dolphins in a single tank, I also have taken tours to see the dolphins on a boat. I guess if I am on a boat im not scared unless the boat sinks I would be. I am a true mermaid believer I think that mermaids existed or still exist and you can call me childish but there are many mysteries undiscovered :). So if I love so much the sea why can't I go in it?
