i have a 30 gallon tank with filter and heater plastic plants an good hiding architecture for them.what i want to do is have 1 male betta and like 2-3 females with a few other fish any recommendations on temp ph food other fish/frogs or any advice that would be help full would be appreciated.I would like my fish to last for many years.

how can i get custody of my daughter knowing that im am a more fit parent if the court tries so hard to keep my daughter with the mother who can not provide and makes her parents and me provide.in my opinion this is biased and is not what should be.why do they always stand up for the mom and not put the father on a level playing field.im in new york and being denied all access to my daughter because i have an attorney.the mother wants me to sign custody to her father and his new wife.she cant afford the child and i can and was doing so until she left.they don't even have an provable income.am i wrong for fighting them on this i love my little girl with all my heart and want only the best for her and they cant provide it like i can even their home is a wreck. my place is outstanding.what are my odds im not trying to deny the mother anything i have an open door if i get my child

recently my ex is denying my visitation and not returning my calls they have threatened to move out of the country and the state is this enough for a judge to grant me temporary residence of my child until our court date she has no custody awarded at this time and has not filed

I had court today and my case was set to a later date do to my attorney being on vacation the mom and her family were probably upset that i got an attorney and now she is denying my visitation and not answering my calls. It was agreed for me to have my daughter on turkey day and she said she cant trust me so i cant see her. I love my kid and am a way better parent than she is.What do i do?Shes ruining my kids life and I feel helpless.My daughter deserves better than this.I've been nothing but nice and good to these people and now me and my kid have to suffer?
