I usually have sinus infection and for past 2 months its continuing , i want to stop it i take allergy tablets but that doesn't work for me , any other faster or quicker method

I previously had windows xp (which i still have) now i installed windows 7 but my speakers stopped working i saw a solution for it , by downloading a driver for my speakers but it din't work. And my speakers are not being detected too , There is only 1 playback device which is Digital Audio (HDMI)

I have been asking questions related this girl many times now .... Then our friendship continued , (it was in summer vacation) Then when our school reopened she stopped talking to me , i dont know why ? but then my friend said she might like you , but i said i dont think so , then i asked her what's wrong ? she said nothing at all , then one day my friend said to her that i like her but i dint , then when she asked me was it true ? i said its true ( jst like dat ) then i said can we be friends like before , she said we are friends for sure but i don think we can be like before...., she sometimes did say hey , wassup ? to me in school but never really talked to me like before. Recently i got a new girlfriend she likes me nd i like her , so then she knew about it and i told her the truth that i dint like you she said i know you dont like me so don worry, still she not talking to me , but my friend said as you asked her mom for sleepover her mom might have taken it in double meaning , and said yeihn to stop talking to me , buh yesterday her mom said to me can you come over to our house on tuesday ? so now i dont think her mom has problem with me , so whats the reason ( i don think she has boyfriend yet)
