how far is to far to walk? I work at the mall down the road. I have a car that was in the shop but is fixed now. while it was in the shop I got in the habit of walking and taking the bus to work. my job is 1.2 miles away. now that I got my car back I feel kinda lazy driving because its such a short distance. people at work ask me why I walk, and I respond its only one mile. gas is also $3.99 a gallon. what would you do? walk or drive
