why is it if i eat a meal high in carbs like rice for instance do i get so tired i fall asleep uncontrolled?
I am type II diabetic but i have had a meal with rice in it and with in 20 minutes i fall asleep with out control i just fall asleep with out warning and then i wake up about 30-90 minutes later feeling fine i am a bit lost on this
