I am going to be doing a training level dressage freestyle at my pony club summer camp. Is doing a leg yield at the trot an allowed movement? I was looking at USPC dressage 2012 rule book and it states that a zig-zag leg yield and a leg yield along the wall is forbidden but says nothing about normal leg yield. So would it be an allowed movement do leg yield at the trot from the center line to the rail?

Bonus question! The rulebook says that a simple change is forbidden but a change of lead through trot is permitted. What exactly is the difference? Does a change of lead through trot have more strides in between? Thanks for reading and answering!!

I currently wear foundation,eyeshadow,eyeliner,mascara and a light lip gloss. I am going to try a concealer and powder (light amount if I find my new foundation gets shiny) once they come in the mail. I put a blue eyeliner on my water line (sometimes) to bring out my blue eyes. I also put black/brown eyeliner on the outer 2/3Rd's of my eyelid. I wear neutral colored eyeshadow and I only wear it sometimes.I don't usually wear lipstick as my lips are naturally dark so it looks like I have lipstick on already. I don't wear makeup everyday usually 3 times a week when I go out so please don't say it will ruin my skin. I plan to switch over to a tinted moisturizer in the summer. Does this sound like too much? If you think so any tips on lightening up would be appreciated

I need to know what the meaning of black is but is has to be related to a good thing like red means love. Maybe something referring to the bible?
