New niece-to-be's name.?
Hello.
One of my nieces is pregnant with her second child (a girl) and has come up with a first name and trying to decide on a middle name. Just wondering which one you all thought was better. Her first daughters name is Mikaela Denyce. This baby will be named Mariyah and her middle name will be either Roberta, Danyelle or Desiree. I know spellings are different but that's what she likes so that's what I like. :-) So...
Mariyah Roberta
Mariyah Danyelle
Mariyah Desiree
5 AnswersBaby Names10 years agoWhat is with all the questions being deleted on Yahoo Answers?
It seems that every category I get into and click on a question...the question has been deleted. I've also noticed that questions don't change much either. I might not get into Yahoo Answers for a couple days, but when I do and I click on, say for instance, pets, the questions that are listed are the same ones that were there previously. Is nobody using Yahoo Answers anymore? Just wondering.

My brother has a house that is going to be put up for auction at the end of August if he doesn't pay late taxes by the end of July. He owes $5,000.00. He has been out of work for almost a year and is having a hard time finding a job. He has no money at all right now since the money he did have has gone to try and keep up with other bills (electric, gas, food, mortgage, etc). I've been trying to find ways to raise the money to help him because I don't have that much myself to pay the taxes for him. This is our family home and I'm just sick thinking it could be lost for, what I consider, a low amount. Especially when I've seen foreclosures and auctions listed in the paper for house where the owner owes much, much more in taxes. btw...he's a veteran but can't get vet pay because the time has lapsed for him to receive anything. He can't get welfare because the job he worked for several years paid him in cash so he has no way to get welfare (at least that's the way I understand it). I wish I could borrow the money but I already have a loan out on a car I'm paying off. Does anybody have any idea about anything I can do...where can I turn? Also, He's thought about bankruptcy but that will that will take his house in order to cover the bills due.
4 AnswersUnited States1 decade agoHow can I tell if someone is a troll on here?
I've answered a few questions on here and later found others who had answered and called the person a troll. Is there a way to tell? Just wondering. Sorry if this question is in the wrong category. Didn't know where to put it.
5 AnswersYahoo Answers1 decade agoWhy don't people call the vet?
I'm just curious as to why some people on here come to Yahoo Answers when their pet is hurt or sick rather than call a vet. I can see asking on here if your pet isn't walking on a leash properly or your cat is constantly playing with the blinds, or something like that. However, I see more and more people with pets that have been badly hurt (broken leg, etc) or sick and they will come here and ask 'what should I do?' Don't they know that something serious calls for serious action. Guess it's got me baffled as to why people would keep their pet suffering while they get on the computer. Sorry if I'm ranting, but I see this too much. :)

What type of dog would you recommend for someone who needs to get a non-shedding dog. It must be a small dog as I live in a small house and haven't the room for a larger dog. It can be a short or long hair...doesn't matter to me as I keep my dog groomed and healthy.
I should add,.,,I had a Beagle for 17 years and she shed and it didn't bother my allergies much until I got older. By that time, I'd had her for years and was no way giving her up. :) I lost her last November, and now am looking toward getting another dog...but my doctor has recommended a non-shedding breed.
So. I need some ideas of dogs that would be good for me, then I can look up the breed (or mix breed) and read up on them. :) Thank-you.
