Will the medication fry my brain and take away all emotion or just silence the voices, stop the paranoia, and hallucinations?

I got caught smoking pot last year so I had to stop smoking marijuana and ever since my life has been boring and dull. So I thought that maybe if I started smoking again my life would have more creativity and happiness in it. What worries me is how long it will affect my thinking. I have SATs and ACTs this year and when I face hard work I just want to give up then I day dream because of my ADHD. I dont know that if its the pot thats making me give up the work or my ADHD. So I need to know if I smoked half or a whole gram a month how long it would affect my thinking. I'm 17 years old, weigh 185 pounds, 6ft. I would be smoking dro or kush strains of marijuana. I'm going to start working out every other day of the week. I drink lots of water and a few fattening foods every other day.
