Modified Home Sale Exclusion for Non-Qualifying Use?
I can't find anything about this on the IRS website yet, and the CCH explanation is vague (to me). Does anyone have a link to a good explanation of these new rules?
The situation is, a person owns 2 homes, wants to sell the main home and make the other his new main home.
