I'm a 14 year old girl and I do ..... well something for a long period of time, I don't know if it is sexual or not (it feels like it is)

okay so I sit like a girl does ( one leg on top of the other and apply pressure on my lowere abdomen or the area where the overairs are/v*ginal area, it gives me a kind of pleasure. I don't know where I learnt that from and I can't ask my mother. WILL it cause any health problems? like effect my ovulation or internal organs because once my mother caught me doing it years ago and said that I was not supposed to do it because it'll cause me problems, but I still do it. I've also added a pic to show you how I sit, only my legs a closer.

I am having a killer back pain for the last 4-5 days, its starts whenever I sit up for more then 5 minutes, it starts from the right side of my neck and speards from there. if I don't lay sown or apply a lot of pressure there the pan becomes so intense that it brings me to tears and I've also started to sleep a lot. WHAT'S HAPPENING? I'm only 14 and a girl is it a symptom of something or just a minor back ache?
