  • I feel like someone is ordering me to do things [mentally]?

    So whenever I try to do something someone orders me mentally not to do it or do it after doing something mentioned by in the order. It's not actually like a order, it's more like a request or something for my own good. for example if I try to get off from my computer it asks me to check my email.

    can someone please explain what this is? and is it normal?
