My wife a Ukrainian citizen has to be out of Ukraine before March 31 to give birth inside the USA.

I have been instructed by my Senators office that the red tape INS and homeland security will take a min time of 2 months and will need to be paid in full all cost associated with the full process without any guarantee.

Money aside the 60 day time frame is killing me.

They also instructed me to file a FS 240 form once the baby is born in Ukraine declaring my daughter a US citizen.

So many constitutional rights come into play. Mine would be first as I am a legal born citizen in the USA of life, liberty and happiness.

The next is the method by which getting a humanitarian visa or parole allowing her in to the USA to give birth.

Given that the government respects granting citizenship once the baby is out of my wife body all rights are then in force, but the nature of this case is far beyond forcing my wife to give birth outside this country.

My wife has a conditions which based on her gender classification she is a 1 in one million person within the world. Only 3500 woman in the world have her type condition and only about 1 million others have a degree of her condition throughout the entire world. This creating a social class all to themselves around the world.

So due to red tape I am in a dilemma in which avenue to follow in somehow bringing her into the USA.

She is a High Risk Pregnancy requiring constant medical supervision. She healthy and not bed ridden.

So I am stuck between what I should do. A friend could do a B-2 medical visa, but time is to short (60 day min). I could do a k3 but don't meet the min requirements besides this process take even longer.

So I am looking at petitioning the Immigration court for a humanitarian parole or refugee status due to the reason listed:

1) Being told by Ukraine state hospital officials to abort and having to run away from them till it was to late to abort.

2) Constant condemning of the medical condition to undergo different exams because the Dr's don't understand this condition being so rare and to have sex re constructive surgery when it is not necessary.

3) All medical records being taking possession by the over seeing state hospital to avoid publicity and to hide the facts of the case from USA citizen myself to help influence getting her out of country for better treatment.

4) Inferior standards of treatment of pregnant woman and no qualified Dr's to treat the patient or to handle a very early delivery.

Today I learned of why I'm an infidel.

I went to

After this really good reading I came to the conclusion the word infidel really means Idiot that helps create trouble worldwide.

So without changing my faith I will now change my banking for sure. I don't need to be Islamic to follow there simple rules nor do I need to get anymore letters which say your interest rate is subject to change at any given moment.

I also went to the CIA Fact sheets Online at

and really found out the truth about The American Lie straight from the governments own mouth. Taiwan has almost 3 times more Reserves and gold then the whole of USA.

America is sucking wind when a country that small had 3 times more then we do in the world economy. You need to look at 2009 stats because they erased the 2010 one from the site.

Trust me we didn't gain 3 time as much from 2009 to 2010 we lost money.

Well if someone can factually present to me a better banking method I would like to read more about this subject.

I have all my money into gold and silver and own outright my 2 home properties (no more loans).

I will never trust US banking ever again unless someone can show me better.

So before I start banking with Islamic banks in the USA

Except I didn't have my paperwork in Ukrainian writing but in Russian so the Marriage register said try in my country or go home and have the papers translated and stamped then bring back, while the Ukraine Ministry say I only have six month to complete the marriage. So In my state Colorado I was allowed to have an absentee marriage license as long as the US Embassy made her swear oath to this document and an other stating she didn't have a SS number. Under Colorado Law we only need to make the contract by signing the agreement. So we have decided to allow more people to be our witnesses Via the net. 9000 mile apart we will be married on the WEB FOR REAL. What say you ?????????

Your answers matter! I want to go to the Ukraine and marry her. I feel that after being hurt by ex's so much I want to trust that there values are better then USA. I have meet this girl and even my on son who is almost her age agrees I should go for it. We have not meet in person yet but have talked everyday Phone email text video chat. For 2 months now. we feel agreeable about all kinds of things. there are some disagreeable things also but they are small things (like TV in bedroom) We have real talks not sex talks (only sometimes only recently) I'm running out of questions to ask her which might help me understand her better. I thought this might be a good way to to find more and get input form YOU. I have talked about having kids with her and she wants and I'm on the edge.
