i need to lose about 10lbs of pure fat. However, I would like to gain some muscle as well. I have achieved this or at least come pretty close to it in the past.

I'm looking for some advice or tips from people that know.

Finally, what time frame would I be looking at?

Will the post office hold it for you to pick up? I don't like giving my address to people that I don't know very well.

I'm in the process of brewing up the Pale Ale right now. It should be done in about 2 weeks. It's been a fairly long process and I'm looking forward to tasteing my homemade beverage for the first time. Let me know how your results were.

I don't really like this show but my girlfriend LOVES it for some reason. I don't mind Jennifer Love Hewitt but the show just bores me. As do most shows. That's ok though. Baseball season starts in one month.

My friend says that some power from up above controls his life and no matter what bad things seem to happen to him. Which in some cases is true. And half way through the season he became a New York Giant fan, seeing how his Jets were dead. Is it responsible to think that the Giants recent losing ways are because of him? Will the Giants season go down the tubes simply because whatever God he prays to hates him? Should he sacrafice his fanhood for the good of the entire Giant fan base?

I would like to drink one or two of them seeing how it's Saturyday night and I really don't drink much during the week. Will this make my cold worse? Will it have no effect at all? If so, what do think about the brew itself? My personal feelings are that it's a FINE brew that I could enjoy all that time. If fact Brooklyn brewery makes a complete line of good beers. Check it out!

The Angels are really pouring it on. I think if I was on the mound I would decide that it's time to make the hitters feel uncomfortable in the box. I would take my hardest fastball off the numbers of the upcoming batter.

In last night's 7-6 loss to the Angels, Joe Torre elected to bring in lefty Shaun Henn in the 10th inning. The first 2 of 3 hitters due up for the Angels were righties.

Henn who throws 3/4 side arm is effective on lefties but gets hit hard by righties.

Predictabley Henn K's the first batter he see's that happens to be a lefty. Next up are two righties that Henn gives up back to back doubles to and the Yanks loss 7-6.

My question is why didn't Joe Torre bring in one of the righties that were in the pen? Either Edgar Ramiez or Darrel Rasner.

Joba had the night off last night so he could use him.

Did Joe just get caught napping on the bench again??

Lets say you had about 8 to 10 couples coming over your house for a summer BBQ and drink feast.

All the guys including yourself drink beer at a moderate pace. The girls drink wine and "girly drinks."

My questions are how much beer would you buy and what kinds would you buy? Remembering that not everyone likes micro's but some may want to see something other then Bud, Miller and Coors.

They have been awful from the moment they were created. Why have a franchise baseball team if your just going to lose badly year in and year out. It's pointless.
