How does upgrading to windows 10 for free affect a retail license?
Recently I built a computer and am running windows 8.1 home as my OS. It is a full retail license. My question is if I choose to upgrade to windows 10 for free will I still be able to transfer my license to another PC and use windows as my OS? I am concerned that by upgrading to windows 10 for free my license will be locked to my motherboard (like an OEM license) and I would be unable to transfer my license and use windows as an OS on another build should my motherboard fail.

So a few days ago my ipod nano 3rd gen accidentally ended up in the wash, but after letting it sit in a bag of rice for 3 days I was able to turn it on again. Seeing that the battery was low I decided to plug it in to my laptop and charge it. Once I plugged it in I was notified that an update for itunes was available so I went ahead and started the update; however, once itunes was finished updating my ipod displayed only a black screen and nothing else. I've tried plugging it back into my laptop to charge it but now itunes won't even recognize it anymore.
Any ideas on what the problem might be and/or how I can get my ipod to work again?

I'm working on my Physics homework and I am completely lost on how to work this problem....
A submarine traveling at 11 m/s toward an
aircraft carrier emits a 2370 Hz sonar pulse.
The reflected pulse returns with a frequency
of 2430 Hz.
What is the speed of the aircraft carrier?
(Positive / negative means the carrier is moving toward / away from the submarine, respectively.) The speed of sound in water is
1500 m/s.
Answer in units of m/s
Any help is appreciated!
