    I m a 17 year old male and today I got my blood drawn to test if I have arthritis in my knees, which have had pain from bearing weight on my legs (activities such as squats, leg presses, going up stairs, and if I m not careful, running too). This on and off pain has lasted for over a year and now I m afraid that I won t ever be able to normally exercise my legs again.I like to exercise and build muscle by lifting weights but I don t want to risk further injury, what should I do?
