If the government was to lower the drinking age....should/would people convicted of Minors in Possession have their records wiped "cleaned" Completely (of the Minor in Possession). I would like your opinion. had this conversation with a few buddies today figured I'd ask here too

I said yes on the conditions that:

-You only have one count of Minor in Possession

-it's been at least a year since your conviction

-Can only be done once....it makes sense because it shows you've learned your lesson at least.

Even though these crimes were committed prior to a lowered drinking age, the convictions would hold substantially less weight, the only counter I can think of being, "you broke the law before a new law was put into place"

My arraignment is coming up this week and I have the jitters. I got an Minor in Possession of Alcohol in California this summer. it was a misdemeanor citation, at a camp ground. I was doing some research and Came across pre-trial diversion. I'm a first time offender and have not a clue how the arraignment will go down. Do I have the ability to ask for a pretrial diversion or is it basically appointed to me before or after my plea? Also, is getting a public defender recommended? Some of my friends have gotten off with just fines, as well as plea bargain but I don't know anyone who can explain to me pre-trial diversion. Any help is appreciated! Thanks.

Can you blow up your teammates vehicle in Battlefield 3, and if so how? I know you can do it with C4, but i tried it and for some reason it didnt work.

1. use log 5 =.7 , log 2 = .3 and the properties of logs to find Log 50.

2. solve x using logs or change of base.

ex: 4^x = 30 ;

3. solve for x: Log (base 8) (2x-1) = 1/3

I got uppercut punched and his knuckles grazed my teeth but it was hard enough for them to feel tingly when i bite down. Throughout modern warfare 2 you play as 'Soap' the whole game...Shepard puts you as an undercover agent of Markarov and you do the airport mission with Russians. But at the end we find out Shepard kills ghost and roach and Soap kills Shepard with Price. Nickolai then comes and evacuates them, and they say they are fugitives....Why, because they killed Shepard? Please if you have completed the game/ understand it completely please explain in detail, yes I am a younger child :(, that might be why my pee brain doesn't understand it.

and also do we find out where Nickolai takes them in the sequel? Lastly, Can you also tell me what levels you play as a undercover Russian and what levels you play as American? Thanks
