Okay i need to do 2 questions well actually have like 100 but i just need help...

one of my questions is convert binary to decimal one of them is 11011010111.01 and i dont know

how to do it with the decimal... because i know u got 1-2-4-16-64...... and then add them together but how do i do this part with the .01 at the end? i thoguth binary was represented in a bit (8 numbers) and i dont even get it with the decimal. please help?

And my second question is i need to convert decimal to binary which i know how to do but again its in decimal so one of mine is 0.25 and i know if it was JUST 25 it would be 00011001 how do i do it as a decimal? please help with these 2 guys
