  • Army National Guard- give me all the details!?

    My husband is seriously considering signing up with the Army National Guard later in the year (wants to get into better shape first). Of course a recruiter will tell you all the wonderful things (bonus etc) but can someone recently joined up give me some details of what you went through, how the bonus worked, and how it affected the family (if you have one). We have a 5 year old daughter. I know that they have the RSP then BCT. Most of my family has done military up until this generation (AF, Marines etc) so I have some idea of what it *was* like, but just not currently.

  • Kidney infection without having bladder infection?

    My daughter was diagnosed with having a kidney infection. Her urine dip came back normal though (no infection in the bladder), and a CT scan showed no blockages (so urine isn't just coming from a healthy kidney). ANybody ever heard of this, or experienced it, or know how it could occur?

  • I'm looking for a name for an Aldo Luongo painting?

    This painting is a "black and white" showing a mother nursing her baby (or at least the child is in a cradle hold) and the child is grasping some of her hair. It is signed "Aldo Luongo '68" in the lower left corner of the painting. I do have pictures if seeing it would help.
