I need to write some Visual Basic code that will hide columns that are specified in a cell. For instance, cell A1 has the value : $Q:$V

I want the code to hide those columns. If it makes it an easier, I can adjust the formatting of the cell to: Q:V

Any help would be appreciated.

My Microsoft Outlook is not currently indexed for searching. I try to go into Options\Search\Indexing Options and the list of "Included Locations" is blank. I would like to click the Modify button, but it is greyed out. what needs to be done to allow me to specify Microsoft Outlook? Is this a security setting somewhere?

I want to create a line chart that shows revenue and margin over a time line. For columns of data that have no values I want the chart to skip the data instead of plotting a zero value. I've tried to change the formula to force a space or a null, but it still charts all values as zeroes. Is there a way around this?

For instance, I want cell A1 to always contain the cell reference to the current active/selected cell. So if Cell B20 was currently selected, I would want cell A1 to contain the value 'B20'. What function/formula can I use to accomplish that?
